As each hoodie is custom‑made, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your hoodie is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your hoodie is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographs of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
